spread pepper over green chilli
Slice into small thin slices
Grind yellow mustard in spice grinder
In a large clean glass jar,add sliced chili,mustard,lemon juice,and salt
add mustard oil in a small pan,dont boil or heat too much
Add turmeric and hing and remove from heat
Pour oil over bowl with chili and mustard,Mix well
Pickle is ready to serve
