Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 250 gms indian achaari hari mirch


  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 pinch asafoetida


  • 2 tbsp mustard oil


  • 1/2 tbsp salt


  • 2 nos lemons


  • 4 tbsp emon juice

Directions

  • spread pepper over green chilli
  • Slice into small thin slices
  • Grind yellow mustard in spice grinder
  • In a large clean glass jar,add sliced chili,mustard,lemon juice,and salt
  • add mustard oil in a small pan,dont boil or heat too much
  • Add turmeric and hing and remove from heat
  • Pour oil over bowl with chili and mustard,Mix well
  • Pickle is ready to serve
